How to Order
Contact me through discord (chibibatts) and we'll do the following steps:
1. DM me with references, any art you may have and any other things that may help (such as a Minecraft skin, for example)2. I'll send you an invoice.3. Your spot is confirmed upon payment.

Terms of Service
ToS, or Terms of Service, is a legal agreement between the customer and the provider. When requesting services from the provider, the customer is expected to follow all ToS listed.
General
Watermark
All of my art will contain a mark of mine, which is not to be removed.
Right of Denial
I have every right to deny any requests I do not feel comfortable doing.

No Redistribution
This means no reselling of my art. However, you are welcome to make a physical copy, whether for yourself or a friend! Reposting is alright as long as you credit me properly!
Regular Updates
I offer WIPs/Progress of said Commission. This allows me to check in to confirm if everything is alright and if I am filling your needs! You are offered 5 Alterations free of charge until they become $5 USD per alteration. This also includes last-minute alterations/add-ons.
Payments
Payment Means
Cash App / Chime / Paypal - Until further notice, these are the only payments I will be taking!
upfront payment
I will not take half payments or payments after finishing for many reasons, so I will not start if the full amount isn’t paid up front!
Confirming Payments
Do not send me any payment if I haven't confirmed I will do the commission.

Copyright
ARTIST
I, Batts, am allowed to display/share commissions to promote myself (may it be in Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.) unless discussed beforehand.
Buyer
You as a buyer are allowed to use the item for personal use (Uploading it to social media, using it as a pfp, banner, Printing the artwork, Claiming said character as your own but not the artwork itself, as long as proper credit is given!)
Not Allowed
You are NOT allowed to:
Make money off said artwork/commission in anyway.
Claim my art as your own.
Remove my mark/signature from the art.
Placing my art into any AI program.
If any of these happen, you will not be considered for any future art raffles, commissions, etc.
